Day 12 BW makes me smile Maternal Grandparents


My Grandfather Ira Cecil James Rhines "Bud" he drove the school bus for many years in Van TX  1913-1995 He was always smiling a very Godly man, was very blessed to call him Grandpa



This beautiful lady Florence C Williamson Rhines 1909-1990 was always sewing, crocheting and cooking.  She is where I inherited playing the piano by ear.  She was always smiling as well.  She was also a Godly woman.  I was blessed to call her grandma.




They were married 57 yrs before she passed away.  I was the oldest granddaughter on mom's side and the youngest on my dad's side.

Surgery

 Surgery was successful! Praise the LORD.  Had a pancreatic episode due to opiods (they cauae that with me)if I do not eat enough.  In this case a very small cup of jello wasn't enough.   They then took me off food and water till the dr comes in the am.  I haven't had solid food since 530 wed.   Iam about in a raging fit and this fluid IV isn't cutting it.  I am very weak from no food and very dry mouthed .   Please pray this gets resolved quickly.  PT starts Wed July 6th.    Let this healing journey begin. They met me keep Joy (mama bear) with me right till they wheeled me to surgery they gave her bac k in recovery Thank you for prayers

Sunday Blessings

  Happy Sonday all! I hope each and every one of you are having a blessed day in the Lord.  I didn't make it to church this am, my alarm went off and I was so dizzy decided that it would not be safe for me to try to drive. Here in the Midwest (OK) we are under severe thunderstorms after 10:30 I sure do not like those over night storms.  I have been praying for al that were in the path of that awful Derecho, we had one hit here last Father's Day, they are as bad or worse than tornadoes. got the yard mostly mowed, just in time for the next rain right now it is growing on average of 8" a week.  Had a surprise helper show up to do the weed eating, that in itself is 1/2 days work.  Having to start early to finish by 1pm then it gets too hot and muggy to be outside.
